WORKSHOPS & CLASSES

Whether you’re curious about fermentation or looking to refine your skills, our workshops at Little Molli offer something for everyone. Led by fermentation expert Caitlin Koether, each session is designed to be hands-on, informative, and delicious — with a focus on seasonal produce and approachable techniques.

We offer two workshop styles:

Fermentation 101 – A Beginner’s Guide

Perfect for those new to preserving, this workshop covers the core principles of fermentation and preservation. You’ll taste a range of Caitlin’s house-made ferments, sip on handcrafted kombucha, and make your own pickles to take home. A welcoming, small-group session that gives you the tools and confidence to start fermenting at home.

Fermentation Masterclass – One Ingredient, Seven Ways

For those ready to take things further, the masterclass is a deeper exploration of fermentation. Each session focuses on one seasonal fruit or vegetable, transformed using seven different fermentation techniques. You’ll get hands-on, taste your way through unique flavour profiles, and walk away with preserved creations, recipes, and a deeper understanding of the craft.

All workshops are held in the cosy surrounds of Little Molli, with just 14 spots per session to ensure an intimate experience.
